Barn. C17. Brick-nogged or weatherboarded timber framing, Sussex-
bond brickwork to gable: shingle roof. Three-bay barn. To house
low stone plinth, brick nogging to 3-panel high framing over:
elbow brace from corner post to sill on right. Double boarded
doors centre with one panel of framing over. Lower, double boarded
doors to left. Half hip to right gable; gable rebuilt in
brickwork below tie-beam. Interior, stone paved threshing floor,
brace from wallpost to tie-beam of trusses each side, angled queen
struts and collar. Loft inserted on left. Roof thatched until
c1970.
