Cottage. 1662 for T.C. ('datestone'), altered C19, late C20.
Brick-nogged timber-framing, late C20 ribbed tile roof. Three-
bays, 1½ storeys, one room deep. Rear elevation, facing road;
framing 3 panels high: three 2-light casements: lean-to dormer
with 3-light casement: chimney on ridge, one bay from left, half-
hipped roof. Left gable, lower rails largely missing; 3-light
casement with weatherboard over; 3-light casement off-centre in
gable; straight braces tie beam to corner posts. Blocked door
below chimney on side away from road, date and initials carved in
lintel. Brick nogging largely renewed late C20; Interior not
inspected. Roof formerly thatched, (photograph at N.M.R.).
