Beside railway line. Mid to late C19 in Batsford Estate style, on site of
agricultural buildings shown here on 1843 map. One storey and attic in golden squared
and dressed rubble; Cotswold stone roof; coped verges, moulded eaves and footstones.
Mullioned windows with drips. T-plan with roughly central chimney. South front has
door and narrow casement window, drips over. West front has gable to right with
2-light attic window and a 3-light ground floor window; one window in extension to
left.
