Early C18 farmhouse. Two storeys, coursed and squared rubble with false Cotswold
stone roof to front and real out to rear, coped verges and ashlar end chimneys with
square stacks. Four windows, 3-light mullioned type, on ground floor with transoms
and drips. Central bolection surround doorpiece with pediment, tympanum inscribed
"T F (reeman)" over "1704", original door.

Long extension to rear - early-mid C19. Front garden enclosed by low ashlar and
rubble walls, about 3 ft 6 ins high, with ridged capping and low monolithic gate piers
with ball finials.
