Early C19, formerly 3 cottages. Two storeys, coursed rubble with chamfered course
below eaves. Slate roof. Three windows on 1st floor, wooden mullions to casements,
leaded to left. Three angled bays on ground floor, wooden glazing bars to left.
Panelled door to right. Left hand doors blocked. Through passage alley centre right
with segmental archway. Two modern and one large original chimneys (latter possibly
associated with Jasmine Cottage qv). The nearest cottage to Jasmine is called Hillview
