Dated on keystone of door "I.(S).B. 1732". A small artisan baroque house. Two and a
half storeys, ashlar with band over ground floor. Stone slate roof, coped verges, end
chimneys with modern capping. Two gabled dormers. Three windows, mullion and transom
type, outer of 3-lights, centre 2 light. Right hand ground floor window has an early
C19 shallow bow with reeded colonnettes and restored modillion cornice. Central
doorpiece, segmental pediment, Ionic pilasters with pulvinated frieze. Modern door
not in keeping. Lower wings to left and right (modernised to right).
