No 3 to Rodneys

Mid C19, raised walkway. Mason probably Richard Belcher (the parish Waywarden at the
time). Runs from No 3 St George's Terrace to Rodneys (q.v.), where it slopes down.
Coursed rubble with original simple diamond section railing.
