C18, altered c1844. L-plan; formerly 3 cottages. Single storey and attic. Rubble
with Cotswold stone roof, coped verges and ashlar chimneys; roof hipped to NW.
3:3 windows, 2 and 3-light casements mostly small paned, with timber lintels to
south-west wing. 2:3 gabled dormers. South-east wing older, see a 2-light mullion
window and the surround of another. Three doors.

Included for group value. Derelict and structurally unsound at time of resurvey.
