Farmhouse. Dated and initialled E.C. 1696 on left jamb of front
door. Ashlar limestone with limestone slate roof and flat coped
gables. Roll-cross saddles with weather vane on apex of right
gable end. Single ashlar stack left gable end, twin diagonal
ashlar stack, along ridge, off centre right. 3 roomed plan. 2
storeys and attic lit by 3 triangular dormers from roof and stone-
mullioned garret windows with stopped hoods. 4-windowed; 2, 3
and 4-light flat-chamfered, stone-mullioned windows with stopped
hoods. All windows metal casements with single horizontal glazing
bars. C20 plank door with cover strips and two very small lights
off centre right. Door lies within 4-centred, flat-chamfered
surround.
C19 cottage and converted agricultural building with C20 casement
windows left, not of listable quality.
