SP 1840-1940 EBRINGTON MAIN STREET

13/43 Home Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse. C18. Coursed squared limestone. Limestone slate
roof with flat coping at gable ends. Rectangular, ashlar gable
end stacks, with moulded tops and skirtings, another off centre
left. Brick stack to wash house, attached at rear. Main block
with wash-house and coal house attached, rear left. Agricultural
buildings attached rear right, not of listable quality. Main
body: 2 storeys and attic lit by two gabled dormers from roof, One
2-light, one 3-light, both with C18 casements with leaded lights.
4-windowed: 2 and 3-light C18 and C19 casements with leaded
lights, some C20 casements with transoms and glazing bars also.
6-panel door with glazing replacing upper panels, off centre left,
with C18 porch with triangular pediment.
