School. C19 by Preedy. Coursed, squared and dressed limestone
with limestone slate roof, flat coping to gable ends and tall
octagonal gable end stacks. Brick extensions to rear with grey
slate roof. Limestone main body of 2 rooms, with brick extensions
at right angles to rear; the left extending further back than
right. Main body: Single storey, 3-windowed: 3-light, flat
chamfered stone mullioned casements with stopped hoods. Central
window has taller central light with step in its hood to match.
Windows in brick extension triple and single lights with round
heads and glazing bars. Entrances via 4-centred, arched doorways
in left and right walls.
