GV II

House, formerly 3 houses. C17; C20 alterations. Limestone ashlar
with stone slate roof. Main range of 2 storeys with attic and
cross passage; east range of single light recessed chamfered
mullioned windows with hood mouldings; three 2-light in small
gables to upper floor. Street front: gable end has 2, 3 and 4-
light windows, the latter with ovolo mouldings; 2 blocked 4-centred
arched doorways and two 2-light windows in attic gables to east
range. To east of and above main range; chimney gable with paired
diagonal shafts; also gable chimney at east end. North gable end
is as south but with C20 single storey outshut. C20 porch
extension in angle at rear. Chimneys have moulded caps and string
courses; gables have cross-roll saddles.
Interior has been completely modernised in C20.
