House Mid C18. Ashlar limestone front, coursed limestone sides and
back with ashlar dressings and quoins; stone slate roof.
Symmetrical with central staircase hall projecting dt back; one
room laterally; two-storey with attic. Five window Classical front
facade: central doorway with Tuscan pilasters and pediment; C18
sashes with plain beaded architraves and keystone; central upper
floor window has triple keystone; ground floor keystones linked to
plain stone band above; chamfered quoins and modillion eaves
cornice; three roof dormers with leaded casements; blank end
gables with moulded stone parapets and chimneys with moulded caps.
Central arched stair window at back with plain architrave, keystone
and imposts. C18 service wing at north end: one 2-light recessed
chamfered mullioned window with hood mould. Sash windows retain
original shutters.
Interior not inspected. C18 barn (q.v.) adjoining to west.
