Farmhouse, c1840. Coursed limestone with ashlar dressings and
quoins; stone slate roof to main range; Welsh slate to outshuts;
ashlar chimneys. Two-storeys, three-room plan; two-storey wing at
back; single storey outshuts at each end. Four window front: off
centre doorway flanked by two 16-pane sashes; four 16-pane sashes
in upper floor; deep dressed stone lintels and quoins to each
opening. One 16-pane sash in back wing; other sash windows at back
appear late C19 replacements; one window has thin central stone
mullion and timber casements.
