4/33 East coach house at Colesbourne
Coach house, c1850 by David Brandon for H. J. Elwes. Limestone
ashlar with limestone tufa plinth; cross-roll saddles to parapet
gables; coved eaves with cast-iron gutters on slender brackets;
plain tile roof. Single-storey coach house with room at one end.
Large opening with concrete lintel is C20 alteration; Tudor-arched
doorway to left with 2-light mullioned window over; 2-light window
at each end of front. Leaded casements to all windows. One of a
group of 3 round central courtyard. Included for group value.
