GV II

Formerly 2 houses, now 1. Upper house late C17, lower early C18;
C20 addition at back. Random rubble limestone; window dressings
to lower house; ashlar chimneys with moulded caps and skirts;
stone-slate roof. Upper house single-storey with attic, one room
plan; lower house 2-storey 2-room; single-storey back wing with
attic. Scattered fenestration to lower house front: three 2-
light chamfered mullioned windows without hoodmoulds, 2 to upper
floor; further 2-light added at centre to ground floor; small
timber casement to right with timber lintel. Central doorway with
plank door to upper house flanked by timber casements, all with
timber lintels; 3 rows of pigeon holes above windows; central
roof dormer. Scattered fenestration to back of house arid wing:
timber casements with timber lintels; to left of doorway in back
wing pair of small stone round-headed windows.
