Detached house. c1840. Coursed and squared rubble limestone
with ashlar dressings; ashlar chimneys; plain tile roof.
Central staircase hall with 1 room laterally; continuous rear
outshut; 2-storey. West front: 3-window; 16-pane sashes with
deep stone lintels and jamb quoins; central round-arched doorway
with jamb quoins, imposts and dressed stone arch; 6-panel fielded
door with fanlight over; ridge chimneys at gable ends with
unmoulded strings and caps. Blank end gables. Lean-to roof to
outshut: 2-window back elevation all with stone lintels except
extra window at left-hand end having timber lintel; timber
casements, leaded to upper floor; plank door; decorative iron
gutter brackets. Walled garden at front of house.
