SO 91 SE ELKSTONE ELKSTONE VILLAGE

3/119 Unidentified monument in the
churchyard approximately 4m south
of porch to Church of St. John

GV II

Chest tomb. C18. Limestone. Rectangular with Rococo bordered
panels to ends and north side. Projecting moulded inscription
panel on south side with inscription only partly legible, including
date 1774. Cyma moulded base and cornice moulded top with low
stone coping.
