10/37 Mill House and Elm Tree Cottage

Two attached houses. Mill House early C19; Elm Tree Cottage later
C19, late C20 addition. Coursed rubble limestone; brick and
artificial stone chimneys; stone slate and concrete tile roofs.
Two-storeys; Elm Tree Cottage forms cross wing at east end.
Front: 2-window 12-pane sash fenestration to left part of Mill
House, all openings having stone flat arches. C20 casement and C20
door to right in similar openings; 2-light recessed chamfered
mullioned casement above, possibly reused from elsewhere. Gable
end of Elm Tree Cottage projects forward to right with single-
window C20 timber casement fenestration and timber lintels. C20
addition to right is not of special interest. Outshut to rear
built into bank.
