Small detached house. Early-mid C18. Random rubble limestone;
rubble chimney; stone slate roof. Two-storey with rear outshut.
Front: long timber lintel to ground floor running over C20
casement and plank door to right; similar C20 upper floor casement
above. Chimney to west gable end; hipped lean-to addition having
very small C20 casement with timber lintel. Catslide roof to rear
outshut with very low eaves. Interior not inspected. Forms
part of group with Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Arlington Row (q.v.).
