Small detached house. Early C18. Random rubble limestone;
ashlar chimney; stone slate roof. Single-storey with attic.
Scattered 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned casements with flat
hoodmoulds to north and south sides, those to attic in half gables,
2 to south side, one to north. Enlarged ground floor casements
with timber lintels to south side. Eaves-mounted gabled dormer
right of full gable on north side. Blank east gable end with off-
centre doorway having gabled porch. Central ridge-mounted
chimney; brick rebuilt chimney to west gable end. Interior not
inspected. Forms part of group with Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Arlington
Row (q.v.).
