Small detached house. Mid-late C18. Coursed rubble limestone;
ashlar chimneys; stone slate roof. Single-storey with attic;
projecting rear wing; lower addition at north end. East front:
higher earlier part to left with timber casement; gabled eaves-
mounted dormer above. Doorway to right with timber lintel and
plank door. Timber casement to lower part to right. Ashlar
chimneys to gable ends of higher part. Gable end to rear wing.
Interior not inspected Forms part of group with Nos 1 to 9
(consec) Arlington Row (q.v.).
