Formerly 2 houses, now detached house. Early C18. Random rubble
limestone; artificial stone chimney; stone slate roof. Two
parts stepping up hill, both 2-storey. Front: lower part to left
has half gable with single-window casement fenestration below, both
with timber lintels. Projecting outshut to right with lean-to
roof. Casement in half gable of higher part of building to right;
doorway below having timber lintel and plank door; casement with
timber lintel to right. West end: gable end with attached
conservatory porch; casement above with timber lintel. Blocked
opening in gable apex. Interior not inspected. Forms part of
group with Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Arlington Row (q.v.).
