12/135 Manor Farmhouse and East Wing
GV II
Formerly large detached house, now 2 houses. Early C19. Coursed
rubble limestone; brick chimneys; Welsh slate roof. Main part
3-storey, part 2-storey; 2-storey rear wing. Front: 3-window
fenestration to 3-storey part right, 16-pane sashes to ground and
middle floor, 12-pane to upper floor, all in plain openings with
stone lintels. Doorway to left with 4-panel door and Regency iron
porch. Two-storey part to left has tall 2-window 12-pane sash
fenestration, all with panelled shutters. Parapet gabled ends.
Three ridge-mounted chimneys. Rear: wing with mixed segmental
arched and square-headed timber casement fenestration. Similar
fenestration to rear lean-to to main range. Interior not
inspected. Former coach house adjoins to north (q.v.).
