14/225 Pear Tree Cottage
Small detached house. Early-mid C18. Random rubble limestone;
brick rebuilt chimney; stone slate roof. Two-storey; rear
outshut and front wing. Front: gabled wing projects forward with
single-window fenestration, both 2-light chamfered mullioned
casements. Ball finial to wing gable and to eaves dormer with 2-
Light casement, 3-light below. East wall of wing appears curved.
West end: central projecting chimney with doorway having lean-to
porch in angle to right. Casements and doorway with timber
lintels to left of chimney. Rear outshut has catslide roof.
Interior not inspected.
