Detached dwelling. c1820. Smooth render, slate roof. Handsome square house with
hipped roof to wide overhanging eaves. Principal (garden) front two storeys, three
windowed large sashes with glazing bars set to deep reveals; entrance front one
windowed, sash with bars above deep projecting stone Roman Doric porch, two-leaf,
six-panel paired doors under radial fanlight. Cottage attached right with return to
gable on street and two pairs stone gate piers with weathered and fluted cappings, one
with pair wrought iron gates.
