Gate piers and walls at
No. 5 Chipping Manor

Gate piers and enclosing wall. C18. Two pairs square stone piers with moulded and
weathered cappings including small-scale fluted frieze as on main entablature to the
Manor; lengths of wall 200 ft run and 5 ft high some in fine bedded dry-stone work,
and stone weathered copings. No gates. One pair forms opening to Chipping to east;
second pair very wide spaced, in Symn Lane, to south.
