Dwelling and shops. C16 or C17. Rough rendered and ashlared on timber frame, stone
slate on left gable, otherwise concrete plain tile. Double gable projection from
ridge, right gable projects into pavement line. Two brick stacks. Two storeys, three
windowed: one small dormer light, on three-light casement (C19) and one sash without
bars; also on small casement on return of projecting gable. Ledged and battened C19
door with rectangular fanlight with glazing bars to small panes; two shop fronts, one
modern, left, one four light C19 with central glazed door.
Interior No. 9 contains heavy plain chamfered beam at ground floor.
