Dwelling and newsagent. C17. Rough render on timber frame, double roman tile roof.
Gable to street, stack to right at ridge. Three storeys, one windowed: Small fixed
light set behind C18 architrave at wall face in gable, broad C19 sash with glazing
bars first floor. Modern shop front with central glazed door.
No. 37 probably built as pair with No. 35.
