Town house, now dental surgery. Late C17 with C18 fenestration. Dressed squared
stone front, some smaller stone in later raised top storey; rubble gable, rendered
back. Front roof stone slate; clay tile back. Broad frontage plus long back
extension right end, two ashlar chimneys, raised in brick. Three storey, two
continuous stone drip moulds at floor levels, three sashes top floor, six first floor,
four ground floor, all with glazing bars; two cellar openings with stone surrounds and
drip moulds. Six panel door including two glazed panels; timber hood on brackets.
Interior retains oak stair with heavy handrail and twisted balusters, ceiling beams
with stopped cyma moulding, and three panel doors with decorative panel edges. Ground
floor room with bolection mould fire surround, overmantel and shelf recesses.
