Dwelling, now offices. Mid C18. Rendered, wood modillion cornice, slate roof.
Single unit, broad span, roof swept down at back, brick stack left end (cut to ridge
level). Two storey, three window, sashes with glazing bars in broad surrounds, stone
stooled cills. Timber doorcase, fluted doric pilasters and pediment, containing six
panel door and fine fanlight with radial pattern and decorative detail.
