Dwelling and bookshop. Dated: 'P.S.M. 1818'. Single block deep span. Brick,
formerly painted to facade only, parapet with wood cornice, slate roof. Three
storeys, two windowed: sashes with bars set to reveals, with stepped voussoirs and
keystones painted: Late C19 shop front two bay with central door, flanking pilasters.
Door to dwelling good six panel, with fanlight and radial bars under semi-circular
archivolt/hood and with plat band surround, all painted stone.
