Dwelling and greengrocer/florist. C17. Squared and coursed stone with stone slate
roof and stone stack (left). Deep structure, gable to street. Three storeys, one
three-light casement with horizontal glazing bars to gable, two sashes with bars first
floor; all these under wood lintels. Small late C19 two-bay central recessed door
shop front, wide battened door on heavy strap hinges in heavy frame and deep reveal
far right. Ground floor walling cement rendered.
Interior some heavy unmoulded beams, ca. 15 ins x 9 ins; one heavy half-timbered
partition (now concealed) by through-way.
Deeds reputed to date from 1690 only.
