Dwelling, formerly part of Edbrooke House, adjoining. C17. Rendered, concrete tile
roof. Projects as wing from back to Edbrooke House (q.v.), gable end to Culverhay,
and porch inserted in internal angle. Three storeys, gable end has dripstone but no
windows; back elevation two storeys, 2-windowed, sashes, some glazing bars. New
door in porch.
Newel stair with solid oak treads, and circular newel post, through two floors.
Property reputed to date from 1598, but substantial later alterations.
