Detached house. Dated 1818 with initials R H(ancock) on gable of
right-hand dormer. Rubble stone faced on main front in incised
render, Cotswold stone-slate roof, 2 stone gable stacks. T-plan
with lower additional wing on right. 2 storeys and attic of 3
gabled dormers on eaves level. 3 windows, sashes with central one
narrower. Ground floor windows similar with central door,
panelled with 3 small lights at the top.
Interior retains much original joinery, stone flag floor throughout
ground floor, and at the rear of the building there is a very
finely built circular stone well of 24m depth.
