House in terrace, part of pair with No 16 (q.v.). Mid C18.
Rendered front on plinth, with bedmould, cornice with heavy dentils
and parapet, hipped Cotswold stone slate roof partly tiled on left
side, large stone stacks to left. Double range with rear
projecting wing. 3 storeys. 5 windows, 12-pane sashes with
moulded wooden architraves and pelmets. Ground floor has 3 similar
without pelmets, with doorway to left with moulded stone
architrave and cornice and flush-panel door, and main doorway to
right with attached Doric columns, frieze and cornice and C20 half-
glazed door in deep panelled reveal with semi-circular soffit and
plain fanlight. 2nd floor has five 12-pane sashes in plain
reveals. Decorative urn-shape rain water head to left and shared
in centre with No 16.
