House in terrace. Late C17/early C18. Rubble stone, concrete tile
roof, brick stack to right. Single range with large rear cross
gable. 2 storeys and attic. 1st floor has one central twin
casement and flanking small single lights, all C20. Ground floor
has large double doors and half-glazed door to right. Large C20
gabled dormer with 2 lights. Included for group value with Nos. 2-
28 (even) Gumstool Hill (q.v.).
