GV II

House in terrace. Partly dating from C16, with alterations
probably of early C18. Random coursed rubble stone, Cotswold stone
slate roof, brick stack to left, probably shared with No. 20
(q.v.). Front elevation retains remnants of large central bearing
arch and quoins, and a medieval 4-centred archway ground floor left
which is in line with and probably continuation of arched passage
on medieval site at Nos. 5, 13 and 15 The Chipping, to north west
(q.v.). 2 storeys. 2 windows, 6-pane sashes with stone lintels on
both floors. Central doorway up 2 stone steps with deep panelled
reveal and 4-panel door, top 2 panels partially glazed.
