Pair of houses in terrace. Late C17. Roughcast faced rubble stone
on plinth, Cotswold stone slate roof, stone stack to right. Single
main range with through passage, 2 large gables to street and 2
long rear cross ranges (both restored). 2 storeys and
attic. 4 windows, 3-light stone mullion casements. One similar in
each gable just above eaves level with very small circular opening
in apex of each gable. On ground floor, No. 50 (to left) has one
4-light stone mullion window and wide plank door to right leading
to through passage and giving access on left to No. 50. No. 52 has
shop front to left, central half-glazed door and 3-light fixed
window to right.
Interior of shop has some elaborate carved wooden fittings,
probably of C19.
