Detached cottage. C18 altered C19. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone, limestone slate roof with limestone gable coping, ashlar
and brick stacks. Rectangular plan with later outshut at rear.
Symmetrical facade: 2 storeys and garret. 2-windowed: 2-light
wood casements. Part-glazed C20 central plank door. 2 and 3-light
stone-mullioned casements in left gable end to garret and first
floor respectively. Flat limestone gable coping with roll-cross
saddle on right. Brick stack from right gable end. Single ashlar
stack from eaves left.
