Semi-detached house. Late C17-early C18. Coursed squared and
dressed limestone, limestone slate roof with limestone coping,
stumps of ashlar stacks replaced in brick. Rectangular plan,
built as one with the Old Bakehouse left (not of special interest).
Single storey extension front left of Star Cottage. 2 storey
extension dropping down to one storey rear right. Facade: 2
storeys and attic lit by 2-light C20 wood casements. 2-windowed;
3-light stone mullioned casements with horizontal glazing bars.
Single storey extension at front with C20 3-light metal casement in
gable end. Part-glazed panelled door far left in flat-chamfered
surround. Flat gable coping on right. Right gable end stack,
twin-flue axial stack left with moulded skirting.
