Cottage. C18 with substantial alteration and rebuilding C19. Coursed squared limestone, right wall in alternate yellow and grey courses suggesting rebuilding. Limestone slate roof, ashlar stack and limestone gable end coping. Rectangular lobby entrance plan. Facade at right angles to road. Two storeys and garret. Irregular fenestration. Three-light stone-mullioned casements to ground floor left with part-glazed front door in flat-chamfered surround right. C20, two-light metal casement far right. Two and three-light stone-mullioned windows one with stopped hood in gable end to road. Former bread oven projects from rear wall. Central axial twin-flue ashlar stack with moulded capping and skirting. Flat gable end coping with roll-cross saddles.
