GV II
Vicarage. Basically C19 but possibly incorporating elements from
C18 house. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, limestone slate
roof, limestone gable coping, ashlar stacks. 'L'shaped plan. 2
storeys and garret. Twin gabled front. 3-windowed; 2 and 3-light
stone-mullioned casements with transoms on ground floor. String
above ground floor windows. Part glazed formerly 4-panelled front
door up 4 steps. Latticework porch with segmental metal roof. Two
double-chamfered cross windows and bull's eye window at rear.
Stacks with moulded tops from gable ends.
House lies in prominent position in relation to church and road.
Interior not inspected.
