GV II

Large cottage. Late C17, enlarged late C20. Rubble stone partly
coursed, stone slate roof, end stone stack to left with offset,
small stone ridge stack on extension. Long range consisting of
original cottage of 2 storeys and extension to right with 2 small
gables of single storey and attic, the latter not of special
interest. Original cottage has one 3-light and one 2-liqht
chamfered leaded stone mullion on first floor, same but unleashed
on ground floor. Original central door with seqmental stone arch
now filled in by C20 metal window and door of vertical boards and
battens now moved to left hand side of extension with flat stone
hood on wooden supports.
