Detached town house. Early C18. Brick faced on rubble stone with
chamfered alternating stone quoins and stone plinth, hipped stone
slate roof swept with moulded wood eaves cornice, rear brick
lateral stack. Square range, 2 storeys and attic. Three windows,
12-pane sashes in beaded stone surrounds with keystones and plain
stone sills. Two similar below and central stone doorcase with
beaded architrave, keys_tone and cornice on consoles, 6-panel door
with top 2 glazed and lower 4 fielded. Gabled dormer in centre
with small twin 4-pane casements.
