SP 01 NW (west side)

5/13 The Mount

Detached house. C18 and C19. Coursed, squared and dressed
limestone, ashlar and artificial stone stacks, artificial stone
slate roof. Symmetrical facade to main body with C19 extension on
right. Main body; 2½ storeys with cellar, 2-windowed facade lit
by 2 and 3-light stone-mullioned casements with horizontal glazing
bars. Central C20 part-glazed door. Two-light C20 garret lights
in gable ends. Extension with lower roof line on right; 2
storeys, 2-windowed, all 2-light wood casements. Well against
right gable end. Flat gable-end coping and gable-end stacks.
