2/57 Gate piers and gate at crossroads
immediately south-west of
Brockhampton Park
GV II

Pair of gate piers and gates formerly forming entrance to deer park
belonging to Brockhampton Park (q.v.). C18-C19. Ashlar limestone.
Square piers with moulded cappings and ball finials. Double cast-
iron gates curving up at centre with spear-headed uprights. Deer
park once famous for its herd of white deer.
