Detached cottage. C17-early C18 (in 2 phases), C19 and C20.
Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Stone slate roof and
concrete tile roof, stone and brick stacks. 'L'-shaped plan with
C19 outbuildings running forwards right. Main body comprises 1½
storey, one up one down left with Cotswold dormer lit by double-
chamfered stone-mullioned casement with dripmould. Twelve-pane
sash to ground floor, early sash with wide glazing bars in rear
wall at right gable end. 1½ storey block right lit by two C20 two-
light full dormers with wood casements and horizontal glazing bars,
hung tile decoration to dormer. Two C19 plank doors within C20
porch (one to C19 outbuildings), via flat-roofed open sided walkway
in front of single storey C19 outbuildings. Two flat-chamfered
stone-mullioned casements with horizontal glazing bars in right
gable end. Flat gable end coping at right gable ends of two parts
comprising main body.
