II

Detached house. C17 and C20. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone, stone slate roof, stone stacks and artificial stone
stack. 'T'-shaped plan with C20 Cotswold style extension at rear.
1½ storey, symmetrical twin-gabled, 2-windowed facade, all metal
casements in 2-light chamfer-mullion windows, those to first floor
with horizontal glazing bars. Stopped hoods to first floor
windows. Central plank door within flat-chamfered surround.
Single light in flat-chamfered stone surround above door. Slightly
stepped gable end coping. Gable end stacks. Right gable end stack
below axis of roof.
