6/133 Nos 6 and 7
Semi-detached cottages. Between c1909 and 1926, part of a group of
7 cottages by Ernest Barnsley. All in similar style, of coursed
and dressed stone, stone slate roof, stone stacks with offset and
moulded cornice, all single storey and attic. Fenestration
scattered mostly either 2 or 3-light cambered head casements, or 2-
light casements with timber lintel, with some small 4 or 6-pane
single lights; plank doors. Nos 6 and 7 form 'L'-shape. Single
gable over door to No 6, two gables above door to No 7, both with
gabled porches.
